HOLLOW ICE CUBE: The hollow ice cubes have a large surface of cold exchange. Suitable for the rapid cooling of the drink for an immediate use.
PADDLE SYSTEM MACHINES: The evaporator is composed of fingers immersed in a water tank. The paddles move the water to produce a crystal-clear hollow ice cubes. Once ready,
the hot gas allow the single cubes to fall down in the tank. Ideal system for ice production in place where water is really hard for calc.
