GREASE TRAP OIL 30 lt

The grease trap is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel.

It is placed under or next to the dishwasher and washing machines, to separate oils-grease and food residues and is used to prevent the central sewage system from being blocked. It is divided into independent spaces through special partitions.

With the triple filtration system that the grease trap has, initially and with the entry of liquid waste into the initial chamber, solid waste is collected and removed through

the basket.

Then the waste flows into the central chamber where the separation and concentration of fats takes place. Grease and oils are removed through the valve on the side walls of the grease trap for direct collection, storage and recycling of used oils.

Finally, clean water is directed to the last chamber from where it exits through the pipe to the sewer.

Complete cleaning and control is achieved by the lid with regular maintenance.
