GRANULAR ICE: Granular ice with the right mix of water and ice, suitable for water ice, cocktails like caipirinas, mojitos, etc, for the presentation of foods (fish, vegetables), for medical labs and hospitals.

SCREW SYSTEM: The evaporator is a refrigerated cilinder with a fixed water level inside of it. The ice is formed on the inside walls and is scraped by a stainless steel worm screw.

BACK STAGE: Modular machines to be used in conjunction with a large capacity ice storage container that is generally installed in the backstage. Continuous production for all customers needs:for big restaurants, fisheries, to display and preserve fish and food, discotheques. Required in laboratories, health care clinics, in the chemicals industry and not to forget, for wellness.

 

All models are for „tropical use“: they can produce ice even at a room temperature of 43°C and water temperature of 32°C.
