Our convection ovens for gastronomy and bakery have a structure and the cooking chamber made of AISI 430 stainless steel.
The cooking chamber, with rounded corners to meet safety and hygienic rules, has been developed in order to obtain the best results concerning performance and practicality.
There is always a no-reverse motor with a specifically designed fan, able to spread uniformly the heat.
Our convection ovens are equipped with inner light, and always supplied with one tray holders
Another important characteristic of our ovens is the oven door, with lateral opening, 2 glasses, lock and seal: designed to grant the best performance of the oven and at the same time ensuring the safety for contact.
