Description

Perforated ABS trays for uniform distribution of temperature and sufficient ventilation of foods. special design of the plastic trays with consecutive reinforcement underneath for maximum load capacity.
Dishwasher safe up to +90°C
Heat resistant from -40°C to +90°C.
Load capacity 150 Kg per shelf and in total 600 Kg.
Design in compliance with ISO 22000 and HACCP certificates.
Corner connection without use of an extra post.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
-Screw on the adjustable feet of the post.
-Wrap the plastic sleeves around the post and push the clips together until it locks in preferable position.
-Hold the shelf on the side and push one post into each hole. Repeat inserting the remaining three posts into the other corner holes. Press firmly at the four corners to seat the shelf in the clips.
-Stand the shelving unit upright Attach the clips at the desired location for the next shelf. Place the next shelf into position. Repeat the process of attaching clips and shelves for the remaining shelves.
-You can use a a rubber mallet to tap the shelves into the posts for more stable application (recommended).
-Use the bottom screw of the post to adjust any unevenness with the floor.
-Position the shelving unit in the desired location. They are now ready for use.
