Description

Digital timer and temperature displays

The machine is used for production
of cream and other products requiring mixing and heating up to a maximum temperature of 150°C
Mixing is done using a special tool equipped with
scrapers preventing product sticking and burning
Heating system uses heating oil positioned between two bowl walls_Vasca a 3 pareti/3-shell bowl
The machines have two operating speeds and enable product heating to a desired temperature
Time clock
Cover with the funnel enabling product to be replenished without switching off the machine
All elements coming in direct contact with food are made of high quality stainless steel
Tilting bowl makes it easier to remove product and clean the machine
Stainless structure
In standard mounted on wheels
 
MC machines are intended for production and preparation of choux pastry, pastry creams, chocolate, fondant, fruit jams, coating, stuffing, various mixtures of original recipes, as well as for any product which require even heating and smooth blending.
